Leverkusen's "Bayer" secured another dramatic victory in the Bundesliga.
In the 26th round, Xabi Alonso's team defeated "Freiburg" 3:2.
Florian Wirtz scored the first goal of the match in the 2nd minute. Shortly after, "Freiburg" equalized with a goal from Ritsu Doan, but just before the end of the first half, "Bayer" took the lead again - the precise goal was scored by Adam Hlozek.
The Czech goals did not end there. In the 53rd minute, Patrick Schick doubled the visitors' lead.
"Freiburg" managed to reduce the deficit at the end of the match.
