On Saturday, the first round of the new French "Ligue 1" season continues with seven matches played. One of the most interesting matches took place between the clubs "Bastia" and "Marseille". The teams stood evenly in a high-scoring match, ending in a 3-3 draw. In the 9th minute, "Bastia" took the lead after a goal by C. Maboulou, but soon after, A. Gignac and F. Thauvin scored for "Marseille". In the 62nd minute, the same A. Gignac converted a penalty from 11 meters and increased "Marseille's" lead, but "Bastia" did not give up and managed to equalize the score and extend their important draw. In other matches, "Evian" unexpectedly lost to "Caen", "Saint-Etienne" defeated "Guingamp" by a narrow margin, "Lille" could not beat newcomers "Metz", "Bordeaux" won by one goal against "Montpellier", and "Nantes" and "Nice" secured victories at home.
