Like a miracle: "La Liga" clubs - billions of euros © ZUMAPRESS.com

Soon, the teams of the "La Liga" championship will be able to fill their financial gaps and recruit expensive players. "Reuters" reports that leaders of one of the strongest leagues in the Old Continent are nearing an agreement with the private equity firm CVC and, if successful, will receive an injection of 2.7 billion euros. According to the media, even 90% of this amount will be distributed to the clubs, so Madrid's "Real" will have more chances to buy Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, while "Barcelona" will be able to sort out Lionel Messi's contract affairs. In exchange for the huge funds, CVC would receive 10% of the championship revenues in the future, and a joint venture would be established, with 10% of the shares also going to investors. According to this deal, the "La Liga" championship reached a value of 24 billion euros. Last year, CVC tried to allocate money to the Italian league in the same way, but the deal did not go through due to opposition from some clubs.
