Like playing on wings, the Mexican national team defeats the Germans (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

At 18:00 at the Moscow stadium, the main match of Group F took place - Germany clashed with Mexico. The start of the World Champions did not go well - Mexicans scored a goal in the first half and secured a victory with a score of 1-0.

Mexicans started the game very actively - already in the first attack, Jerome Boateng had to block a shot from the opponent from a fairly dangerous position.

However, in the 3rd minute, Germans responded - Timo Werner, after a great pass from Joshua Kimmich, escaped from the opponent and shot just wide of the post.

In the 10th minute, Hector Herrera tried his luck from long distance, but Manuel Neuer had no trouble with this Mexican's shot.

Mexicans showed a high tempo of play within the first 20 minutes - Germans struggled to control the ball for long periods, while the representatives of North and Central America were very dangerous with their quick attacks.

As the pace of the game slowed down, both teams were still relentless in not allowing the defenders to rest.

In the 35th minute, the German national team was punished - Javier Hernandez dispossessed Mats Hummels, made a good pass to Hirving Lozano inside the penalty area, and Lozano unexpectedly put Mexico ahead with a great shot.

In the 39th minute, Germans were close to an equalizer - Toni Kroos took a free kick but Guillermo Ochoa demonstrated his class and saved the ball.

For the rest of the first half, there were no more dangerous attacks and the teams walked off at halftime with the score 0-1.

The second half started with a slightly different style of play - both teams tried to spend more time with the ball rather than create quick attacks. However, no quick goals scored on either side.

Not getting the desired result quickly, Joachim Low decided to make a change in the 60th minute - Marco Reus replaced Sami Khedira in the middle of the field.

In the 64th minute, Joshua Kimmich was close to scoring a fantastic goal, but his shot from Jerome Boateng's pass went just wide of the post.

In the 75th minute, Toni Kroos took another dangerous shot from long distance, but this time the ball did not find its way to the goal.

In the remaining time, Germans put all their efforts into the opponent's half, but disciplined Mexicans started the championship with a shocking victory - defeating the Germans aiming to defend their title.
