Lithuanian female referees will work in the European Women's Championship qualifiers © lff.lt

The selection for next year's European Women's Championship continues, and in this selection round, the Lithuanian refereeing brigade also received an invitation.

In the C4 group matches on June 4, the national teams of Bulgaria and Romania will meet, and the Lithuanian refereeing brigade has been appointed to officiate this match.

The main referee will be Jurgita Mačikunytė, assisted by assistants Irina Pozdejeva and Guostė Jonikaitė, with Ugnė Šmitaitė as the reserve referee.

The match at the Sofia "Slavia" stadium will start at 19:00 Lithuanian time.

After playing three matches in the selection, the Romanian team has collected nine points out of the same possible amount and currently holds the top spot in the table, while the Bulgarians have three points and are in third place.

On May 31, these teams faced each other in Romania, where the hosts showed their advantage with a score of 1:0.
