From May 15-19, a UEFA "Share" program seminar took place in the Netherlands, where representatives from five countries shared their experience about the development path of elite women's players. The seminar was held at the Royal Netherlands Football Academy in the city of Zeisto and was attended by delegations from Lithuania, Turkey, Hungary, Cyprus, and Wales. Representing Lithuania at this seminar were the head of women's football development and women's national team coach Danielis Wimmeris, LFF III Vice President Ingrida Siliūnienė, Lithuania's women's and girls national teams project manager Milda Liužinaitė, LMFA CEO Vilma Zurzė, and MaFA project manager Greta Valikonienė.

The agenda of the seminar included familiarizing with the structure of women's football in the Netherlands, principles of organizing girls' national team and club competitions, participation in a practical session with the PEC "Zwolle" women's team, and observing matches of the Dutch and Belgian U-15 girls' national teams. Each day consisted of work in delegation groups, exchanging insights and addressing issues in order to adapt best practices.

"At this seminar, there was an open and productive discussion among participants. It was very interesting to hear about the experience of other countries, the principles of organizing women's leagues, and to share our own experience. I think by listening to the experience of other countries, we can select the best examples to improve women's football in Lithuania. I believe our delegation performed well at this seminar, as we had members representing different areas of football, which was our advantage. In summarizing the idea of the seminar, the most important aspect of women's football is player development, so our efforts should be directed in this direction," shared Danielis Wimmeris after the seminar.
