"Liverpool" crushed "Crystal Palace" away © JumpStory

„Liverpool“ took advantage of „Manchester City“'s stumble in yesterday's match and moved a little closer to the league leaders.  „Liverpool“ defeated „Crystal Palace“ 3:1 away.  „The Reds“ started the match very actively and as a result, Virgil van Dijk scored in the 8th minute after a corner kick. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain doubled the score in the 32nd minute, finishing a great attack.  After the second goal, the initiative was taken by „Crystal Palace“ and they had good opportunities to score a goal at the end of the first half, but failed to capitalize on them.  Odsonne Edouard reduced the score at the beginning of the second half. The forward was accurate after Jean-Philippe Mateta inadvertently shared the ball.  However, the „Eagles“ failed to score again and equalize in the match, and Fabinho closed the match with a goal from the penalty spot in the 89th minute.  „Liverpool“ now has a game in hand compared to „Man City“ and a 9-point deficit, so the title race may not be over yet.
