The 21-year-old Turk is on loan from the „Schalke“ team in Gelsenkirchen and after the season the „Reds“ have the option to buy his contract for 18 million pounds sterling. However, the player will not stay in the English team. Coach Jurgen Klopp believes that O. Kabak will not have playing time on the field when Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez take up the main positions next season. Since February, the defender has played 9 matches in the „Premier“ league, during which he received three yellow cards.
