On Tuesday, posts started to circulate on social media about how the "reds" fans in the city center were drinking and disrespecting ordinary passersby and local merchants.
From the video recordings, one middle-aged Brit can be seen pushing unsuspecting citizens into the fountain. Initially, he nudged a man standing on the edge of the fountain into the water, and later he grabbed and possibly overturned a local merchant by the legs.
There are also posts on social media claiming that "Liverpool" fans were hurling racist remarks.
The match between "Liverpool" and "Barcelona" clubs at the "Camp Nou" stadium will begin at 10pm today.
