On Tuesday evening the 18th round of matches of the English Premier League took place.
Liverpool faced off against Stoke City in front of their home crowd. Jurgen Klopp's team conceded the first goal, but bounced back and celebrated a 4-1 victory.
In the 12th minute, the visitors took the lead with a goal from Jonathan Walters. However, the Reds didn't panic after conceding and in the 35th minute Adam Lallana equalized the score.
Just before the end of the first half, Roberto Firmino managed to turn the score in their favor. In the 59th minute, Stoke City scored an own goal, and the final touch in the match was made by Daniel Sturridge just a few seconds before the final whistle.
After the win, Liverpool is in the second position in the English Premier League with 40 points, trailing the leaders by six points. Stoke City is currently in 13th place.
