Rumors have spread in the English press that "Liverpool" is looking for players this winter to strengthen their attacking line.
The main contender is Madrid's "Real" forward Karim Benzema, whose services Brendan Rodgers was interested in last summer, but Mario Balotelli was acquired instead.
The 26-year-old footballer himself has so far not shone in the ranks of the royal club and was left on the bench in the last "Primera" matches. However, "Liverpool" is willing to pay up to 50 million euros for the Frenchman.
B. Rodgers will have time to decide when, after returning from injury, Daniel Sturridge forms a striking duo with M. Balotelli.
In Madrid, K. Benzema has been playing since 2009. During the entire period, he played 243 matches and scored 113 goals.
