On a late Monday evening in the English "Premier" league, the last matches of the 19th round were played.

The final point was scored in the 69th minute, with an own goal by Jonjo Shelvey earning England's vice-champions a goal against their own net. Interestingly, the Englishman is a former player of "Liverpool".
After the victory, the Liverpool city team added three points to their tally and rose to eighth place. From this position, B. Rodgers' pupils pushed out the "Swansea" club.
