However, on Thursday, with 'Manchester City' stumbling in the 31st round, it became clear - nobody will surpass 'Liverpool' and they became champions. After such joyful news, in his first interview Jurgen Klopp did not hold back tears.
'This is a big moment, I have no real words. I am completely overwhelmed. I never thought I would feel like this!' - said J. Klopp. 'Liverpool's' manager urged fans to celebrate at home or close to them, but the streets of Liverpool were flooded with ecstatic fans on Thursday. However, as local officials noted, the majority of fans tried to adhere to at least minimal quarantine requirements and wore masks. There are still 7 rounds left to play until the end of the 'Premier' league season, but 'Liverpool' leads their closest competitors by 23 points and mathematically there is no longer any possibility to catch them."
