L.Remy: I didn't come to "Chelsea" to sit on the bench

The newest acquisition of London's "Chelsea" club, Loic Remy, stated that he did not come to the team led by Jose Mourinho to sit on the bench.

In the last days of August, the Frenchman who transferred from "Queens Park Rangers" to the "blues" warns his colleagues Diego Costa and Didier Drogba about potential competition for a place on the field.

"I know I won't be the main striker, but that can be changed. I have my own goals. I moved to Chelsea not to sit on the bench. I will strive to improve and adapt, and everything else will happen naturally," said the 27-year-old striker.

"When you have the opportunity to join Chelsea, you don't think twice. Everything happened very late. I was ready to stay in the QPR team, but when I received the offer, I didn't hesitate at all," he added.

London's "Chelsea" club paid 13 million euros to QPR for L. Remy.
