"Ludogorets" coach Georgi Dermendzhiev is looking forward to meeting with the players of Madrid's "Real," as it will be a big challenge for both him and the entire club.
Today, in Group B of the UEFA Champions League, the champions of the Old Continent will meet the champions of Bulgaria. The strategist of the latter believes that "Real" is the best team in the world.
"We are proud to play against the best team and players in the world," said G. Dermendzhiev. "They have won the Champions League 10 times and are the current champions, so it is a great honor for us."
"Our club's players are motivated, but without a doubt, the level of the teams is different. I am worried and a little nervous," added the coach.
In the first round of the Champions League, "Real" defeated "Basel," while "Ludogorets" lost to "Liverpool" after a tough fight.
