Strategist Luis Enrique, recently associated with the "Barcelona" club, officially announced that he is stepping down from the position of coach of Celta de Vigo.

The press is abuzz with rumors that Gerardo Martino will part ways with the Catalonia team after this season, and the main candidate to replace him is L. Enrique.

"Today is a sad day," said the Spaniard. "Today I am still the coach of Celta, but after the season the team has to be ready to look for a new specialist."

"There is no specific reason why I am leaving Celta. As for Barcelona, I cannot deny or confirm anything. My future is now unclear," added the 44-year-old Spaniard, who played for 8 years in Barca.

It is almost certain that L. Enrique left Celta because of the Barcelona team. It seems that Saturday's "Primera" match will be the last for the current Catalan coach G. Martino.
