„Lyon“ team showed no mercy and defeated „Metz“ players 5:0 (2:0).
„Lyon“ took the lead in the first minute with a goal from Marcelo. Marcelo doubled the score in the 20th minute.
In the second half, Memphis Depay scored a goal, Bertrand Traore scored in the 68th minute, and Mariano added another goal towards the end of the match.
Meanwhile, the „Marseille“ team, fighting for third place with the same „Lyon“ team, played a goalless draw with „Montpellier“.
„Marseille“ lost two points and dropped to third place behind the „Lyon“ players.
