"Lyon" played draw for the second time, "Nice" lost to a newcomer (VIDEO)

With six matches played in the fourth round of "Ligue 1", the first of them saw a clash between Claudio Ranieri's "Nantes" and "Lyon".

Favored Bruno Genesio's players, although playing away, took the initiative from the very first minutes, and already in the 10th minute had a great chance to score with Bertrand Traore.

However, it was perhaps the most serious opportunity for "Lyon", and they failed to take advantage of their dominance. Despite having more shots and leading in other statistical categories, the match ended in a 0-0 draw.

It was the second consecutive draw for Lyon, who are aiming for the top spots.

Another defeat came in the evening for last season's bronze medalists "Nice", who lost to the newly promoted team "Amiens".

Without Mario Balotelli in the lineup, Nice's attack looked weak even with Wesley Sneijder. So, "Amiens" successfully held on after scoring two goals in the first half hour and turned the lead into a convincing victory at the end.

Newcomers stood out with the former "Chelsea" player Gael Kakuta and double scorer Moussa Konate.

Interestingly, despite facing their third defeat in a row, last season Nice lost only four times in total.

Meanwhile, "Bordeaux" equalized with "Lyon" in points by overcoming the resistance of "Troyes".

The winners in this match took the lead after the opponents' mistake already in the 11th minute through Francois Kamano, and doubled the advantage immediately after halftime with a goal from Younousse Sankhare. The latter was assisted by Malcom.

However, it was far from easy, as "Troyes" pulled one back with Stephane Darbion's goal a few minutes later.

Finally, after controlling possession for longer, "Bordeaux" maintained their advantage.
