Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Barcelona have agreed on a new contract, announces the Catalan newspaper "Sport". Recently, there have been rumors that the 28-year-old goalkeeper has started thinking about his future in another team. However, other clubs no longer have hope, as the German has decided to continue wearing the Barcelona jersey. According to "Sport", the new contract will keep M-A. ter Stegen in Barcelona for at least another five years - until 2025. Both parties will sign the contract in the month of June. The contract will include a 180 million euro release clause. The current contract is valid until 2022. M-A. ter Stegen put on the Barcelona jersey in 2014. Since then, he has played 224 matches.
