"Juventus" strategist Massimiliano Allegri denied rumors that he will take over the reins of London's "Chelsea" this summer.
The Italian is considered the most likely candidate to replace interim coach Guus Hiddink within the ranks of the "aristocrats," and some media reports have already suggested that both parties have agreed on a contract.
However, the specialist who led "Juve" to the UEFA Champions League final last year says that all of this is untrue.
"I can't say anything about the rumors linking me to Chelsea," Allegri said. "I can't confirm or deny something that doesn't exist and I just want this topic to be closed once and for all."
Currently, the "bianconeri" are on a great winning streak in the Italian championship, trailing the leader "Napoli" by two points and preparing to compete in the Champions League quarterfinals.
