Massimiliano Allegri says that Cristiano Ronaldo is disappointed that he did not win this year's "Ballon d'Or", but he is now motivated to do it as a player of Turin's Juventus.
In this year's "Ballon d'Or" awards, C. Ronaldo remained in second place, giving up the first position to his former teammate Luka Modrić.
C. Ronaldo has failed to win any major individual awards this year - L. Modrić also triumphed in FIFA and UEFA awards.
"We are disappointed because Cristiano absolutely deserved to win these trophies for what he did as a Real Madrid player. He could not achieve more than what he did at the World Cup with Portugal. He is now motivated to win these trophies as a Juventus player," said M. Allegri.
This season, the 33-year-old footballer has scored 11 goals in 18 matches.
