The Spanish media reports that the club has submitted a €5.5 million offer to the team for Miguel Angel Angulo.
The 27-year-old player's contract with the Spanish club is valid for another year, but so far negotiations for a new contract have broken down. The forward was unhappy with the contract terms offered by Valencia and, according to his agent, now wants to move to Arsenal.
If the Spaniard refuses to sign a contract, he could leave the club at the end of the season without a transfer fee, which would be disadvantageous for Valencia.
