This incident caught the attention of "Arsenal" manager Mikel Arteta. "There is a lack of consistency in VAR decisions. In the previous round, when we conceded a goal against "Aston Villa," Aaron Ramsdale was blocked in the goalkeeper's area. In my eyes, it was a weak foul that the referees did not catch, but VAR decided not to intervene. In these matches, we see a similar type of infringement, where VAR has already decided to assist the referee. I find it very difficult to understand how all of this works," said Arteta after the defeat. The Spaniard also did not hide his disappointment with the final match result. "It is very sad to lose, especially seeing how the match unfolded. At certain moments, we simply dominated the field and created one chance after another, but we did not take advantage of them. "United" once again proved how dangerous of a team they are if given space in front," added the "Arsenal" manager.
