The coach of the amazing season-playing London club "Arsenal" Mikel Arteta has been named the best "Premier League" coach for the third time.
The "Gunners" fought for seven points in January through three matches and played only draw with "Newcastle United".
Prior to that, the Spaniard was named the best coach of the months of August and November-December.
