M. Balotelli: Moving to "Liverpool" was the worst career decision

The scandalous 26-year-old striker Mario Balotelli criticized the "Liverpool" club and added that moving to this team was the biggest mistake of his life.

This summer, the Italian left "Liverpool" for free and joined the "Ligue 1" competing team "Nice". His debut in France and in the new club was fantastic - scoring two goals and defeating the "Marseille" team with a score of 3-2.

The footballer, known for his scandalous "adventures", claims that in the "Nice" club he has the opportunity to recover and after two years to be a candidate for the "Ballon d'Or" award.

"Moving to "Liverpool" was the worst decision of my life. This team has fantastic fans, I had some good friends there, but I never felt good in the club", - quoted the Italian website goal.com.

"I had the opportunity to work with Brendan Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp. I did not enjoy working with them because of their methods and personalities", - continued M. Balotelli.

Finally, the striker added: "Over the past years, my attitude towards training has changed. I worked a lot and hard. I think it's not too late to dream about the "Ballon d'Or". I should have won it earlier, but now I will do it in the next two years."
