Dortmund's "Borussia" team will have to finish their season without Michy Batshuayi. The striker, loaned from London's "Chelsea," suffered an ankle injury, which will keep him out for the rest of the season.
The footballer injured his ankle in a match against "Schalke" last Sunday. Although "Borussia" does not rule out the player's chances of recovering in time for the World Cup, the team understands that the season will be finished without him.
The player was carried off the field on a stretcher. It is not yet known whether the Belgian will need surgery.
Throughout the season, the striker scored 21 goals and made 3 assists in over 40 matches.
