M. Bielsa takes over as "Lazio" coach

From the beginning of last season, former football specialist Marcelo Bielsa, who was jobless, found a new job - the team of Rome's "Lazio".

The 60-year-old M. Bielsa worked at "Marseille" until August of last year, but due to disagreements with club management, he resigned from his coaching duties.

At the same time, "Lazio" was without a head coach in April, when Stefano Pioli was fired after a disastrous loss against "Roma".

"Lazio" wants to confirm that an agreement has been reached with Marcelo Bielsa and he, along with his staff, will arrive in Rome on July 9th", - it is written in an official statement from "Lazio" club.

For M. Bielsa, "Lazio" will be the 10th job in his coaching career. Previously, the strategist worked in clubs such as Athletic Bilbao and Espanyol, and also coached the national teams of Argentina and Chile.
