M. Clattenburg would not refuse to move to China

It seems that Chinese offered millions may attract referees in the near future. Mark Clattenburg spoke about the possibility of moving to this country.

The 41-year-old Englishman refereed this year's FA Cup, European Championship, and UEFA Champions League finals and was recognized as the best representative of his profession.

"Looking at their acquisitions, China is really trying to develop their football," Clattenburg told Associated Press.

"If an opportunity arises - currently I am under contract with the Premier League - I have to look at the long-term strategy of my career. How long can I continue to be a referee? I have been in the Premier League for 12 years. They were wonderful 12 years."

"There is no offer on the table, but if they were to present it, it would be considered. However, at the moment, I still enjoy working for the Premier League and UEFA."

Let's remind that the top league clubs in China have recently attracted stars like Carlos Tevez and Oscar.
