M. de Roon: "I won't be able to play in the European Championship

Bergamo "Atalanta" club and Dutch national team midfielder Marten de Roon has announced that he will miss the upcoming European Championship by a few weeks:

"A couple of weeks ago I missed the "Coppa Italia", I couldn't play in the UEFA Europa League final, but I managed to win trophies. In the last euphoric state, I spent a lot of time with medical staff: this means that I won't be able to play in the European Championship."

In one group, the Dutch national team will face France, Poland, and Austria.
