The president of Munich's "Bayern" club, Max Eberl, confirmed that Manuel Neuer hopes to extend his contract with the Bavarians:

"Talks with the goalkeeper are progressing in the right direction... Only the final details remain to be agreed upon.

It is known that both sides will be very happy when the contract is renewed."

Manuel Neuer will extend his contract with the legendary German team until 2026.

The German has played 19 matches this season, and he has been with the "Bayern" team since 2011.
