After London's "Tottenham" club lost 4-0 to "Stoke City" yesterday, strategist Mark Hughes believes that his opponents can still fight for the "Premier" league title.
Currently, they are five points behind "Leicester City", but their current form could help them climb to the top of the tournament table.
"I have to say, "Tottenham" really impressed me. When we played against them earlier this season, they were not at this level. Based on this performance, I would not dare to bet that they won't catch up to "Leicester"," said Hughes.
"They are motivated, as they are fighting for the "Premier" league title and they have that hunger, which, frankly, we did not have in our game."
"We know that we can play better against such opponents, but we did not deliver what we needed to be on par with them."
After this defeat, "Stoke City" now occupies the ninth place.
