Milano "Inter" sniper Mauro Icardi says that the minimum goal for this season for the "Nerazzurri" is to return to the UEFA Champions League.
Last year, Roberto Mancini's students finished only in eighth place in Serie A, but they started this season excellently and won five out of as many possible victories.
The Argentine forward is happy with this start and hopes to maintain this form throughout the year.
"It's only the beginning of the season, but we are the sole leaders," Icardi told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Third place is the minimum goal. The club has made really big investments."
"Inter" cannot miss another season without European football. With the arrival of 10 new players, a revolution took place that made us very strong.
"We have forgotten the past and are working to create a great team. As time goes by, you will see the results. We can only improve."
"We wanted to start the season powerfully, but we didn't think we would succeed exactly as we are now. We have to achieve as much as possible."
