M. Lanzini will have to miss the Olympics

London's "West Ham" received another piece of bad news - the country's defender Manuel Lanzini suffered a knee injury.

The club announced that they had spoken with representatives of the Argentine national team about the player's situation. Ultimately, it was decided that he would not participate in the Olympic Games.

The 23-year-old player will now join the "Hammers". However, his injury is not as serious as his teammate Aaron Cresswell's, who will be out of action for up to four months.

In the Argentine U-23 team, Lanzini will be replaced by Cristian Pavon from Buenos Aires' "Boca Juniors".
