Goalkeeper Mike Maignan of Milan wanted to earn a higher salary.

However, the 28-year-old Frenchman is not satisfied with the salary offered by the Serie A club.

The Italians urge the player to sign a contract guaranteeing an annual income of 4.5 million euros, while the athlete himself demands at least 6 million.

According to journalist Antonio Vitiello, this disagreement could lead to the goalkeeper's departure next summer.

M. Maignan's contract with Milan is valid until mid-2026.
