Munich 'Bayern' club goalkeeper Manuel Neuer stated that he hopes to continue playing for his team even after this season:

"I don't plan to end my career and leave the Bavarian team after the new season.

As I enter this season, I don't think everything will end in June... We'll see.

If together we have a great season, it means I can keep playing."

38-year-old Manuel Neuer recently announced the end of his career with the German national team.
