"Milan" attacker Mbaye Niang believes that, despite a slow start to the season, his team will be able to finish in the top three of "Serie A".
In the first seven matches of the season, the "rossoneri" achieved three victories and suffered four defeats, currently ranking in eleventh place.
It is worth mentioning that in the last matches before the national team break, Sinisa Mihajlovic's players suffered their worst defeat at home since 2009 - losing 0-4 to "Napoli".
"Yes, we still believe in third place, because there have been very few matches played and we are united. I believe in it, the whole team believes in it too," Niang responded on Twitter to fans' questions.
"Before he came to Milan, everyone knew Mihajlovic because of his excellent season with "Sampdoria". We believe he is a great coach and you will see that we will achieve good results with him."
The forward, currently recovering from an injury, also revealed that he will return to the pitch after a few weeks.
