New contract with London's "Arsenal" not yet signed Mesut Ozil does not rule out the possibility of returning to the Bundesliga. This he revealed in an interview with the German media.
The 28-year-old football player has been playing abroad since 2010, so his relatives have missed him a lot and would be happy with such a career move.
On the other hand, his future is still uncertain, as the "Gunners" really want to keep him in their ranks, and other European giants are also showing interest.
"I don't want to rule it out," - Ozil answered when asked about returning to Germany by SportBild.
"My family members - especially my mother - would be happy if I were closer to home."
"There's still a year left on my contract and I love this club. At this moment, nothing has been decided yet."
The loss of the star would be truly huge for the "Arsenal" team. This season, Ozil has scored nine goals and provided nine assists in 31 matches.
