Many remember the excellent partnership between M. Ozil and C. Ronaldo on the field. The German has made dozens of precise passes to the Portuguese, who is remembered by M. Ozil as a phenomenal player.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is something I had never seen before. Cristiano is the first one to arrive at training and the last one to leave. His dedication to football is exceptional. Cristiano has received many assists from me and he knows it well. I enjoyed playing with him because he didn't need to create many opportunities. I would give two assists - he would score both times. I think he is one of the best footballers of all time," the "Gunners" leader had only good words for the Portuguese.
M. Ozil also remembered his exceptional friendship with "Real" captain Sergio Ramos: "I still maintain good relations with him. He is not only one of the best defenders in the world or a great personality, but also a good singer. Sergio has a really good voice!"
