M. Pellegrini admits that D. Rice could be sold.

Declan Rice became not only one of the key players in the midfield of "West Ham United" this season, but also recently made his debut in the England national team.

Such rapid progress at the age of 20 has attracted the attention of other major English clubs, despite D. Rice signing a new long-term contract with the London team last December.

"Hammers" head coach Manuel Pellegrini admitted that if the club receives a suitable offer, the player could be sold.

"If other teams are interested in him, then, as always, everything will depend on the proposed amount. Perhaps the big clubs will decide to pay the required amount. If the deal is beneficial for both the club and the player, who would take a step forward in his career, then it could happen," Pellegrini told journalists.

The Chilean also stated that D. Rice must maintain the same mentality and continue to improve.

"I think he needs to continue working in the same way and maintain the same attitude. Rice understands that he must improve, so he always tries to listen and learn. He will continue to improve if he plays enough matches against higher level players," the "Hammers" strategist stated.

D. Rice played 32 matches and scored 2 goals for "West Ham United" this season.
