London's "Tottenham" played their first official match at their new home stadium yesterday. The "Spurs" beat "Crystal Palace" 2-0 in the Premier League match.
This victory allowed "Tottenham" to temporarily move up to third place in the league table and strengthen their chances of qualifying for the next season's UEFA Champions League.
After the victory, London team's manager Mauricio Pochettino expressed confidence in his team and stated that they will definitely finish in the top four.
"I am confident that we will finish in the top four this season. There are no doubts about it. I believe in my players and trust them.
"We work hard and deserve it. I think these players, coaches, and club administration deserve to be in the Champions League next season," Pochettino told journalists after the victory.
"Tottenham" is just a few points behind "Chelsea" in fifth place, and "Man Utd" in sixth place is three points behind them.
