M. Pochettino: Kane wants to stay and win titles with Tottenham

Although Harry Kane's form has sparked rumors of a departure again, "Chelsea" immediately became interested in him, but "Tottenham" coach Mauricio Pochettino is not worried about the sniper's future.

After the ninth English goal in the last few matches brought a 1-0 victory against "Qarabag" in Baku and a ticket to the next stage of the UEFA Europa League, the team's coach said: "I am happy that a big club wants our players - it's because they are top class and demonstrate excellent football. It's good that they are associated with an event."

"However, Harry, like Hugo Lloris, wants to stay here. He is one of the best players and feels happy. He wants to grow with us and in the next few years try to reach the top four and win titles with "Tottenham". That is the goal."

Indeed, Kane's performance in yesterday's match was unexpected, as "Tottenham" will already face "Chelsea" next Sunday.

On the other hand, this decision paid off as the capital club, playing furthest from home in its entire history, managed to secure a spot in the knockout stages with just one round to go.

"We have reached the next stage and that was our goal," added Pochettino. "It has been achieved. I assure you that we will arrive in good form to play against "Chelsea". We have a strong and mature squad with a solid character."
