The new head coach of the US national team, Mauricio Pochettino, is setting ambitious goals for his team.

According to the Argentine, his charges are not planning to be average during the upcoming World Cup and will try to create a significant surprise.

"We have many examples to follow. We have to believe that we can win the World Cup,” said the specialist, pointing to the US women's team.

The latter team already has four World Cup champion trophies and five Olympic gold medals to their name.
