The chief strategist of London's Tottenham, Mauricio Pochettino, said that having only one forward in the position of Harry Kane is not enough, so Spurs may receive reinforcement.
In the summer, Tottenham acquired Son Heung-Min, but M. Pochettino believes that H. Kane and the Asian player are not enough. In addition, the North London team had difficulties at the beginning of the season precisely in the forward position, when the England national team striker could not find his athletic form for a long time.
"We have several players who can play in Kane's position," admitted the strategist. "We have Son, Chadli, and Clinton, but they are not true forwards, so we need to find a player of that type."
"Our focus on these positions will turn towards the summer transfer window. Some players are already being watched, but it is difficult to say something now. We need the team to be competitive," added M. Pochettino.
