M. Pochettino would like to win trophies with "Tottenham" in the future © JumpStory

For more than five years, Mauricio Pochettino, who coached London's Tottenham, was dismissed from his duties last November and has not been coaching any other team since then. The 48-year-old Argentine is currently linked with the Newcastle United team, which is expected to have new owners in the near future. However, Pochettino himself revealed that he still hopes to return to Tottenham in the future and win at least one trophy with this team. "The journey with the Tottenham club was amazing, but it ended not as we wanted. Deep in my heart, I believe that our paths will cross again in the future. From the day I left the team, my dream has been to return here and finish what we started. We were very close to triumph in the Champions and Premier Leagues, but we would stop just before the end. At the moment, I am very motivated to start a new project, but deep in my heart I understand that I would like to return to this amazing club with incredible fans. Perhaps this will happen in the next 5 or 10 years, but before my death I still want to return to Tottenham and, if possible, win at least one trophy," - Pochettino spoke to BT Sport.
