Recently, Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, who is involved in various social projects, achieved another important victory beyond the field. The 22-year-old Englishman on Monday addressed the UK Parliament with an open letter, in which he requested to continue providing food donations to school-age children living in difficult conditions during the summer. Normally, these donations are only given to children during the school year, but this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, they were also available during Easter holidays. However, as the quarantine dragged on, the UK government decided not to provide food to children over the summer. Nevertheless, M. Rashford's efforts did not go unnoticed, and on Tuesday it was announced that the government will allocate 120 million pounds sterling for these food parcels over the summer. This success of the "Man Utd" forward attracted a lot of attention from people in the football world, and even the leader of their main rivals, "Manchester City", rushed to congratulate him.
