“Manchester United”, it seems, has resolved the unpleasant situation with Marcus Rashford.
The 26-year-old Englishman missed the team's Sunday match in the FA Cup, as announced, due to illness.
For the same reason, as the club announced, M. Rashford also did not participate in Friday's training session. However, "The Athletic" reported on Saturday that the "Man Utd" player visited a nightclub in Belfast both on Wednesday and Thursday.
After Sunday's match, "United" coach Erik ten Hag commented on the situation, stating that it is an internal club issue, which he will resolve.
On Monday, M. Rashford arrived at the training center, where he had a conversation with the team's coach.
After this conversation, the club issued a statement saying that the situation has been resolved and M. Rashford has returned to team training.
“Marcus has taken responsibility for his behavior. Everything has been resolved by applying the club's internal rules and penalties. This situation has been resolved,” the club's statement reads.
