Marcus Rashford, who moved to "Aston Villa" on a rental basis in January, is expected to not appear on the field for the rest of the season.

BBC reports that the 27-year-old Englishman suffered a thigh injury and will not be able to return to the pitch this season.

The footballer, who still belongs to the "Manchester United" club, integrated well into the Birmingham team and scored four goals and provided six assists in 17 matches.

"Aston Villa" has a planned opportunity to acquire M. Rashford after the season, but there are doubts whether the club will agree to pay the huge salary for the Englishman.
