M. Reusas: "The opponents practically created nothing" © AFP

Dortmund's "Borussia" team has only one match left to play in this season's UEFA Champions League, after which the German giant will continue its battles in the Europa League. BVB suffered a 1-3 defeat to Lisbon's "Sporting" team on Wednesday, making it clear that they will finish third in Group C. After the match, Dortmund's captain Marco Reus expressed his frustration, stating that BVB did not deserve to lose in Portugal. "We played better than 'Sporting' when we were outnumbered. The opponents practically created nothing, yet they won 3-1. Maybe we didn't play our best game, but we completely controlled the situation until the missed goal. We are extremely disappointed, as we return home empty-handed. In the Champions League, you cannot lose three matches in a row and hope to make it to the knockout stages."
