M. Salah's double sinks "Watford" ship.

The "Liverpool" team, continuing their flawless march, opened the 17th round of the English Premier League with a victory.

Jurgen Klopp's players won 2-0 in a rather uneventful match against the absolute outsiders of the league, the "Watford" footballers. The latter had several opportunities to punish the hosts, but wasted them.

In the 38th minute, Mohamed Salah scored a wonderful goal with his right foot, putting the hosts ahead, and sealed the deal at the very end of the match.

Divock Origi aimed for the goal, missed the shot, but the ball went straight to M. Salah's feet, and he directed it into the opponent's goal with his heel.

Having secured their eighth consecutive victory, "Liverpool" gained an 11-point lead over their closest pursuers for the time being.

"Watford" remains in last place with 9 points.
