On Wednesday it was officially announced that London's "Chelsea" has purchased Dortmund's "Borussia" forward Christian Pulisic.
However, as revealed to the press by "Blues" strategist Maurizio Sarri, the team's leaders had little communication with him while negotiating with the Germans.
"I didn't know anything about Pulisic's purchase until yesterday. The club leaders asked for my opinion last month, and I responded positively. Now I know that the deal is done, but I can't say anything else," - assured the Italian.
"It's not my responsibility to participate in the player market - I lead the team in matches that happen every three days. I only have the privilege of expressing my opinion."
